Cancellation Policy

The customer must pay 50% of the total amount if he cancels or modifies the reservation after 5 days, prior to arrival.

Conditions on non-comparisons

In case of no-show, the guest will have to pay the total amount of the reservation.

Deposit

Your customers don’t pay a deposit.

Internet

Wi-Fi access available throughout the hotel. Cost: Free

Regulation for Children and Extra Beds

Children of any age are allowed.

1 child (up to 2 years old (inclusive)) can stay free of charge, using the available cribs.

Extra beds are not available.

The maximum number of cribs is 1.

Minimum age to check-in is 18 years old.

Parking

Parking available at an extra cost of €15/day, prior reservation required and subject to availability

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Groups

Special conditions apply for groups. Parties or events are not allowed without prior communication with Casa do Cativo management and subject to approval.
